Fuel Your Debt Collection Process With AI

Use AI and automation to streamline document processing across your debt collection workflows — fast to implement, easy to scale.

Main content
Your teams weren’t hired to manage paperwork. Let automation do the heavy lifting — accurately, securely, and at scale.

Handling incoming correspondence

To ensure transparency and efficiency in debt collection processes, accessing key information needs to take no more than seconds.

Documents arrive in various formats, so initial organization is crucial. SensID collects documents from multiple sources—such as email inboxes, FTP folders, or dedicated systems—as well as scans of physical documents. After analyzing the document, SensID can perform subsequent tasks, such as categorizing documents or assigning them to client cases.

Automation of Enforcement and Court Letters

The automation model for the debt collection industry enables several key tasks:

  • Classifying dozens of types of enforcement and debt collection documents
  • Assigning them to the appropriate cases
  • Extracting detailed information, such as reference numbers, dates, as well as complex data on advance payments, cancellation reasons, bailiffs, formal deficiencies, and more
  • Validating and normalizing the extracted data

Have questions? We have the answers.

How fast is the implementation process?

The implementation depends on several aspects. During the early stages, our team works with the client to understand the document flow and the process details. Once we agree on the scope, there’s often the PoC stage, when we fine-tune the expectations and adjust the approach before working on the final version. Depending on the size of the project, the number of steps in the process, and industry-specific needs, the implementation time starts at around 2 months upwards.

What IT involvement is required?

The SensID platform implementation requires the IT team development on the client’s side. Usually, this support is needed early on in the form of technical specification, and – at the later stage – testing the platform, as well as the integrations (provided they are part of the delivered project).

Do you do Proof of Concept?

Yes, for larger projects we recommend a PoC as means of fine-tuning the project requirements before the full implementation.

How does pricing work?

Each offer is a combination of several elements that include: the number of pages to be processed monthly as part of the process, the complexity of the process, the complexity of documents, the number of document types used in the process, and the overall number of processes that are within the project scope.
