Turn Document Overload into Efficiency
Use AI and automation to streamline document processing across your leasing workflows with the SensID platform - fast to implement, easy to scale.
Long-term benefits that won't break the bank.
Built for the Complexities of Leasing
SensID adapts to your processes — whether it’s verifying applications, processing emails with financial data, or supporting post-sales actions. Automation is applied exactly where errors, delays, or manual work cost the most.
That’s how leasing companies move faster, stay compliant, and scale with confidence.
SensID platform means process efficiency, reduced number of mistakes, and savings in the long-term.
Trusted to process thousands of documents weekly — with speed and precision.
Integrate seamlessly
New systems should fit your ecosystem, not the other way around.
SensID integrates easily with your existing platforms — from document archives to leasing systems and mailrooms. During implementation, we configure a dedicated module, giving you full control over process steps. With API support and no extra RPA-dependency.
Have questions? We have the answers.
How fast is the implementation process?
The implementation depends on several aspects. During the early stages, our team works with the client to understand the document flow and the process details. Once we agree on the scope, there’s often the PoC stage, when we fine-tune the expectations and adjust the approach before working on the final version. Depending on the size of the project, the number of steps in the process, and industry-specific needs, the implementation time starts at around 2 months upwards.
What IT involvement is required?
The SensID platform implementation requires the IT team development on the client’s side. Usually, this support is needed early on in the form of technical specification, and – at the later stage – testing the platform, as well as the integrations (provided they are part of the delivered project).
Do you do Proof of Concept?
Yes, for larger projects we recommend a PoC as means of fine-tuning the project requirements before the full implementation.
How does pricing work?
Each offer is a combination of several elements that include: the number of pages to be processed monthly as part of the process, the complexity of the process, the complexity of documents, the number of document types used in the process, and the overall number of processes that are within the project scope.
